By downloading or using Golf Tracker ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

These Terms apply to all users of Golf Tracker on Apple iOS devices.

Golf Tracker is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may use the App to:

• Track your golf rounds, hole-by-hole scores, and club selections.
• Monitor your handicap trend and performance statistics.
• View course information and progress charts.
• Manage and review your round history.

You agree not to misuse the App, reverse-engineer it, or attempt to extract its source code.

Golf Tracker offers a Golf Tracker Premium subscription available as a monthly or yearly plan, which unlocks advanced features beyond the free tier.

• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID via the App Store.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings at any time.
• We do not offer refunds directly — refund requests must be submitted to Apple through their standard process.
• A free trial period may be offered for new subscribers; unused trial time is forfeited upon purchase.

All content within Golf Tracker — including the design, graphics, animations, and code — is owned by the developer and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any part of the App without our explicit written permission.

Golf Tracker is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of bugs.

Score and handicap calculations are provided for personal tracking purposes only and are not certified by any official golf governing body.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for a Premium subscription in the past 12 months.

We may revise these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We will always update the "Last updated" date above.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before resorting to legal proceedings.
